DELIVERY TIME: We will begin processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Usually, your order will ship within 2 business days. However, shipment may be delayed if we must make an item you’ve ordered, or in the case of custom orders. In such cases, we will call or email to let you know when you can expect your order to ship. Please let us know if you have a delivery deadline by adding a note to the order at checkout.
PAYMENT: Fiber Embellishments accepts Visa and MasterCard. The charge will read Fiber Embellishments.
ORDER BY PHONE: FiberEmbellishments.com is safe and secure. However, US customers may also order by phone at 708-595-2960; leave a message, and we will return your call as promptly as we can.
ORDER BY MAIL: If placing an order by mail, please use the website to create your order form. Add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart as if you were going to complete your order online. Click on the “Finalize Order” button and the site will ask for your name, address, and billing information. Please provide the requested information and click the “print” button on your browser. Then mail your order to: Fiber Embellishments, P.O. Box 644, Park Forest, IL 60466.
SHIPPING CHARGES: Fiber Embellishments ships via USPS Priority Mail. The following shipping and handling charges will be added to each order:

If you require speedier shipment, please indicate this in a note with your order at checkout. We will then contact you about any additional cost.
SALES TAX: Illinois customers will be charged 8% sales tax.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
– Any claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. If the shipping container is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse it and notify us via email (contact@fiberembellishments.com) or phone (708-747-2771).
– If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it, undamaged, for a refund of the cost of the item within 10 days of receipt. Items that have been worn or laundered may not be returned.
– Custom orders may be returned, also within 10 days of receipt, but for merchandise credit only. We will not issue refunds for custom orders.
– Please include the following information with your return:
Your name, address, email address, and phone number
Request either refund or exchange
Reason for refund or exchange
If exchange, specify new size or item
– Please ensure the package, and send the merchandise with delivery confirmation to: Fiber Embellishments, P. O. Box 644, Park Forest, IL 60466. We will not be able to issue a refund or exchange if she doesn’t receive your return.
– Credits on returns will be issued on the price of the merchandise and any sales tax, if applicable. Exchanges will be treated as a return, and shipping will be charged to send any requested items.
– Items that are returned as non-deliverable, or returned after 3 delivery attempts, will be treated as a return. Shipping will be charged again upon the request of an order reshipment.
